Diaphragm pumps are a great choice when it comes to handling a wide variety of materials, from thin liquids to high-viscosity paints. QLS technology and low stroke frequency puts less stress on the components, significantly extending the service life of the pump and reducing maintenance costs. Valves are made of wear-resistant carbide and the diaphragm is made of solvent resistant polyamide.

Keeping it simple.
Diaphragm pumps use fewer parts – diaphragm, inlet & outlet valve – compared to the piston pump -piston, packings, inlet & outlet valve – with the packings tending to wear out quicker due to the friction caused by the piston pumping material out of the pump. Diaphragms can be serviced using a quick change valve set, whereas pistons are required to be taken to a service centre for service.
