The F230 Electrostatic System is the ideal solution for all electrostatic application methods. Portable and easy to operate, it generates an electrostatic field between the electrode in the gun head and the grounded work object. The paint particles are charged and attracted by the grounded object. The “wrap-around” effect allows the operator to paint items such as pipes or handrails without changing position.
- Mounted on a single trolley for easy transport and setup

- Electrostatic spray technology increases efficiency by charging paint particles, which are attracted to the grounded surface
- Unique Multi-Swirl system creates a soft spray pattern with enhanced wrap-around effect by swirling the paint as it exits the nozzle
Inclusions
Comes complete on mobile trolley with F230 diaphragm pump, 5 litre hopper, compressor, VM500 power pack, GM5000 EAC electrostatic gun, 10m fluid and air hose, R15 electrostatic tip, flat cap and 11/30 flat tip.
Note – Customer may choose desired tip sizes. R15 Round & 11/30 Flat are the standard in the kit.
