Innovation Training Academy - Wagner Australia

For us, innovation is not a buzzword, but the heart of our business

Since we started out in surface technology with the development of the first spray gun for serial production in 1953, innovation has been set deep in our mindsets. It forms the basis of our vision and is underpinned by our company strategy of ‘WINNOVATION.’ Pioneering developments such as dynamic 3D-coating and process-led, industrial powder-coating of wood-based MDF sheets. As well as the use of HVLP technology in the do-it-yourself segment that raised DIY spraying to a professional level. These demonstrate just some of the characteristics of our talent for innovation.

Companies that want to continue being successful in their markets in the future must continuously expand their employees’ knowledge and abilities. Equipment technology represents the future of professional painting and decorating within the context of normal, efficient, high-quality site work. This is why it is particularly important to us to not only provide you with the technology but also to convey the corresponding know-how. After all, even the very best products only create the best surface when used in combination with specialist professional knowledge.
