WAGNER SPRAYTECH ACQUIRES HOMERIGHT

Wagner SprayTech, a market leader in advanced paint applicators and tools, announced today the acquisition of HomeRight, a division of Diversified Dynamics Corporation based in Blaine, Minnesota. HomeRight markets PaintSticks®, airless and HVLP paint sprayers, heat guns, rollers, steamers and related products, primarily to home DIY and crafting markets.

HomeRight has a loyal customer base of DIY and arts and crafts consumers, strengthening Wagner’s influence within the segment. The acquisition is part of Wagner’s growth plan, further solidifying the company’s leadership position in the sprayer category and the decorative finishing industry.

Wagner will retain the HomeRight brand and plans to continue offering HomeRight products through existing retailers. HomeRight products will continue to be sourced and manufactured globally, and will begin shipping from Wagner facilities starting Jan. 1, 2019. Full details of the integration plan will be finalized in the coming months.
