Airless Tips & Tricks

With Airless spraying the choice of nozzle size and gun filter are important. The material being used will determine which ones to use. The right choice is crucial for a perfect spray result. The nozzle angle determines the width of the spray jet. The bore diameter of a nozzle controls the paint flow rate. The choice of filter depends on the type of material. Essentially, the more viscous the material, the coarser the filter should be.

Gun filters prevent tip blockages
The airless gun push-in filters from Wagner are made of non-rusting steel and come in various mesh sizes, depending on the application. Plasma welded joints ensure they are highly stable against mechanical stresses of all kinds. Quality Wagner filters offer durability and consistency that painters value.
