ProStart

Let ProStart guide you through your workflow – from preparation to documentation. ProStart combines our best features into one tool. Start by selecting an airless sprayer from your fleet. (It also works with non-connected sprayers and those from other manufacturers.)

What substrate and area do you want to coat?

Step 5– Before starting, ensure that you have selected the right tools and settings; the app will alert you if your spraying equipment is unsuitable for the material. Once you begin recording, your work will be automatically saved and summarised in the “My Work” section. If you’re using a WAGNER airless unit with “IntelliSync,” both the app and the unit will manage the paint and pump settings for you. Additionally, you can control the pump from your smartphone during the job, regardless of its location.

TipAware

Worn tips consume too much material and produce a poor spray pattern. Unfortunately, tip wear isn’t visible from the outside. With TipAware, you can check the condition of your airless tips in real time.

Insert a tip into the gun and spray water into a bucket for 30 seconds. Tip wear will be displayed in five stages. TipAware is also included in ProStart and shows you the tip quality in real time while you work.
