The PlastCoat PC 1025 Pro represents Wagner’s latest addition to meet the needs of the construction, concrete rendering, painting, plastering and roofing industries. This versatile equipment is capable of spraying a wide range of thick materials, including fire protection coatings, plaster and roof coatings, as well as concrete render with a grain size of up to 6mm.
Wagner’s screw pump technology is noteworthy for its power and ability to handle highly viscous materials with heavy filling, coarse grain or even fibers. This makes it ideally suitable for spraying plaster. The pump is robust and easy of operation. Wagner screw pumps are user-friendly and infinitely variable, making them well-suited for beginners.
Mortar spraying equipment can be easily dismantled and reassembled, even at the construction site. All wetted parts are made of stainless steel, thereby ensuring that our PlastCoat units are long-lasting, robust and low-maintenance. The uncomplicated operation of the equipment avoids potential sources of errors and damage. In addition, our Wagner screw pump works much more quietly than the standard piston pump.
Using a screw pump is particularly advantageous when working with heavy materials such as plaster or filler. It allows for high working speeds while achieving a high-quality surface result – with minimal physical effort due to machine processing. This results in faster plastering, filling, coating or reinforcing of surfaces, resulting in significant time and material savings. The extent of the time and material savings is proportional to the surface area involved.

- Protection against voltage fluctuations through control box
- Polypropylene hopper with capacity of up to 50 litres
- Stator can be easily removed without additional tools
- Automatic pressure relief (4 sec) to ensure safety and prevent spitting of material after opening the spray lance. After closing the spray lance the machine runs in reverse mode for around 4 seconds
- Pneumatic control via power switch and dial function
- 70° angle pneumatic lance with swivel joint (lightweight)
- Variable delivery rate available through 4 Rotor & Stator options
