The specialist for lacquers
With the low-pressure air technique, the paint material is atomised using large quantities of air, which are at low pressure (up to 10 psi) compared to high-pressure air spraying. This single-stage high-efficiency turbine delivers performance equivalent to a 4-stage turbine, meaning major painting jobs can be done quickly and efficiently.
The minimal overspray with the low-pressure air technique also allows environmentally friendly and economical savings when spraying. Extend the scope of the unit with the purchase of additional projector sets for desired results.

HVLP Technology
In low-pressure spraying, the atomising air generated in the turbine flows through an air hose to the paint container on the spray gun, where it then builds up pressure. This delivers the coating material through the material tube to the nozzle and atomises it with the remaining air. The HVLP sprayers from WAGNER deliver an especially high air volume and thus optimum atomisation.
