My unit is faulty. Why won’t the store I purchased it from replace it?

Certain units, such as the Control Pro 250M and 350M need to be taken to a registered repair agent to be assessed.

Can I use a sprayer bought from the US in Australia or New Zealand?

Wagner & Titan sprayers in Australia and New Zealand are designed for use on a 230/240V circuit. It is not recommended to use sprayers from international markets that use 120V.
