Warranty
The best warranty in the industry.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The purchaser is entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The purchaser is also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty is provided by Wagner and is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Wagner products come with a warranty, from the date of proof of purchase, against any manufacturing faults and defects.
DIY Products
The following products, when used in a DIY application are covered by a 3 + 1 (36 month Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty, with an additional 12 months warranty) when the product registered online at www.wagneraustralia.com.au. Fence & Deck, Universal Effect, Flexio Rangle, Easy Roll, SteamForce¹, Furno Range, Control Pro Range².
¹SpeedPro carries a 3 + 2 year warranty detailed below
²Control Pro 250 M, 350 M & 350 Extra carries a 12-month commercial use warranty.

Professional Products
Wagner provides a 3 + 2 (36 month Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty, with an additional 24 months warranty) when the product registered online at www.wagneraustralia.com.au. This offer is the only one of its kind in the industry.
The standard warranty period is now 3 years (5 years if registered) and 1 year for industrial use / shift operations (3 years if registered).
^SprayPack 18V comes with a 2-year warranty (3 years if registered).
Petrol drives come with a 1-year warranty (3 years if registered).
Hire & Rental use are covered by a 6 month warranty.

Titan Products
Titan provides a 4-year Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty, as well as the following:
- Lifetime DuraLife Brushless HE and PMDC Brushless Motor Warranty
- Limited Lifetime DCX Motor Warranty
- 3-year Honda® Petrol Engine Warranty
- Lifetime Drive Train Warranty
- Lifetime Warranty on PermaStroke™ Technology Fluid Pump
- 2-Year Turbine Warranty
Please note: Products covered under Titan’s warranty program are fully warranted, to the original owner, for the practical lifetime of the product or as long as Titan stocks the replacement parts. This does not mean your lifetime, although we have often heard stories about our products being used well past thirty and forty years!

Batteries & Chargers
Please note that warranties for batteries and chargers are managed by their respective manufacturers. Wagner Australia is not responsible for the warranty of these items. To find out more about the warranty terms or receive support, please refer to the specific manufacturer’s guidelines and documentation.
Where replacement goods are supplied, the warranty is limited to the term of the original purchase. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Products must be purchased from an Authorised Wagner Dealer and used in the country of purchase to be eligible for the Wagner Warranty.
It is strongly recommended that all service and repair work is carried out by a Wagner Authorised Service Centre. Non-authorised repairs will void warranty and may affect the future performance of the machine, in addition to creating safety risks. Only Wagner Authorised Service Centres are able to assess and carry out warranty related repairs.
This warranty does not cover products which are damaged as a result of any of the following:
Unsuitable or abnormal usage
Incorrect commissioning or fitting, removal or modification of any safety devices
Repairs which are performed by unqualified or unauthorised persons, or do not involve genuine WAGNER parts
Normal wear and tear
Damaged in transport
Faulty maintenance work, negligent handling, servicing or cleaning
Unsuitable coating materials
To claim the warranty (Australia and New Zealand only) you should send or take your product (at your cost), with proof of purchase to one of the Authorised WAGNER Service Centres. If found to be a warrantable claim, WAGNER, through its Authorised Service Agents will either repair or replace the product at its discretion free of charge and advise you when your replacement or repaired product is available for pick up by you.
Under this express Warranty Policy WAGNER is not liable for any loss or damage however arising as a result of the fault or defect in the products.
This express Warranty is subject to the purchaser providing satisfactory proof of purchase within Australia or New Zealand of the product to WAGNER or its Authorised Service Centres.
WAGNER reserves the right to perform any repairs in excess of those stated in our operating instructions.
Please note: This Warranty Policy and Procedure supersedes all other warranty policies, procedures and documentation for products sold within Australia and New Zealand.
