The PlastCoat PC 1025 Pro is built for demanding job sites, meeting the needs of construction, concrete rendering, painting, plastering and roofing industries. This versatile machine sprays a wide range of thick materials, including fire protection coatings, plaster, roof coatings and concrete render with grain sizes up to 6 mm.
- No-maintenance brushless motor plugs into any 240 V power source with a 15 Amp plug
- The control box provides protection against voltage fluctuations
- Polypropylene hopper with a 50-litre capacity for extended operation
- The stator can be removed easily without additional tools
- Variable delivery rate available through 4 rotor and stator options
- Automatic pressure relief (4 sec) prevents spitting and ensures safety, reverse mode activates after closing the spray lance for clean operation
- Pneumatic control via a 3-switch function for precise handling
- Requires a minimum 12 cfm compressor (compressor not included)
